00 — Introduction

Your access to the application is entirely dependent on your acceptance of this agreement and compliance with its terms. If you do not agree to any condition stated in this agreement, please terminate your access to the application.

By continuing to access the application, you will be presumed to have unconditionally and unrestrictedly accepted the entire text of this agreement. The right to make changes belongs solely to Duellos, and all users are presumed to have accepted these changes in advance.

By using Duellos, you accept that the processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy. Duellos is completely free to determine the scope and nature of the services it provides within the framework of the law.

All text, code, graphics, logos, images, audio files, and software published on Duellos are owned by Duellos, and all rights are reserved. Reproduction or copying of site content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

08 — General Provisions

GENERAL PROVISIONS

All users undertake that they will use Duellos only for lawful and personal purposes and will not engage in any activity that would infringe on the rights of third parties. Users are solely responsible for their actions within Duellos, both legally and criminally.

• Privacy and Security — Respect the privacy of other users and avoid sharing personal information. Keep your account secure with a strong password.
• Misuse and Copyright Infringement — Using others' work without permission constitutes copyright infringement. Share your own content or obtain permission first.
• Community Rules — Duellos promotes a respectful and positive environment. Treat other users with respect and report any unwanted behavior.
• Safe and Inclusive Environment — We combat misuse, hate speech, harmful content, disinformation, nudity, violence, and abuse. Do not post such content and report it when you detect it.

Duellos may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Duellos only provides access to these sites and does not accept any responsibility for their content. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may terminate your access at any time without prior notice.

09 — Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for damages arising from the use of Duellos is limited to willful misconduct and gross negligence. In the event of damages arising from breach of contract, the total compensation that can be claimed is limited to foreseeable damages. These limitations do not apply to damages to human life, physical injury, or a person's health.

In cases legally considered to be force majeure, we shall have no obligation to pay compensation for delays, non-performance, or default.
